Golf Instruction Grip/Hold

The Grip is the most important aspect of the set-up, without a correct hold upon the club the golfer has little or to no chance of making an accurate and powerful swing.

Holding the golf club can be a little complex and to learn how to do it from a list of written commands in our experience is very, very difficult to do.

The hands are the only contact that you have with the golf club therefore it is absolutely vital that you hold the golf club correctly.

The hold controls the angle of the clubface which controls where the clubface will point at impact and if the hands are positioned correctly then the wrists are positioned correctly to hinge and unhinge and add speed to your swing through the impact are, this will ensure that you will have a good angle of attack at the ball and will improve the way you strike the ball considerably.
