HOW TO FLY THE BALL OVER A BUNKER AS IF IT WASN'T THERE!
Many golfers when faced with a lob shot over a bunker panic immediately!
With a few easy thoughts these hazards will become no problem what so ever!
The first thing that you must do is increase your distance from the ball, widen your stance and position your hands lower to the floor.
What this does is increase the loft of the golf club which is essential in lofting the ball over the bunker.
Next you must open your stance to your target (aim a little left) and open your club face a little to the target (aim the club a little right).
Once you have made these adjustments to your set-up you are in great shape to hit a high soft landing shot which will sail over the bunker a nestle quietly on the green.
HOW TO SWING
The swing that you want is a shallow one; to do this you must keep your wrist action to a minimum.
Also it is vital that you swing along your body line NOT YOUR TARGET LINE!!!
This will make the club face cut across the ball adding loft to your shot.
Make sure you accelerate the club through the bottom of the swing and your ball should rise sweetly off the club face and clear the hazard with ease!
