Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Directgolftuition is an online interactive personal tuition site worldwide for golfers to learn and improve their skills through PGA Professional advice via video, swing and voice technology. A subscriber or member is anybody who accesses an account or connection through directgolftuition.

2. Changed terms

Whilst we will endeavour to notify you of any changes made to our terms and conditions, is upon the account holder/subscriber to regularly check our terms with this agreement. If at any time an existing subscriber does not adhere or condone any terms and conditions of directgolftuition then they must contact directgolftuition here to unsubscribe from our service.

3. Free Service

The content supplied by directgolftuition is at no charge to the subscriber and payment will only be received on the purchase of video lessons through PayPal for their personal accounts page to gain access  to lessons with our PGA Professional's. There is no obligation to purchase lessons.

4. Our Professionals

All Professional's used to give personal tuition lessons are fully PGA qualified Professionals. No other teaching golfing body will be used.

5. Trademarks

The Directgolftuition logo is a registered trademark or Directgolftuition, and is not to be copied or used externally without our permission. The PGA Professional logo is a registered trade mark of the Professional golfer's association Ping House De vere Belfry

6. Your account

Your account is for the subscribers use only; you must not upload any offensive material or upload anybodies swing except your own as this is a violation of their copyright laws.

7. Your Files

You agree that your files may be used by directgolftuition for example purposes for prospective members and we reserve the right to use these files. If you do not wish for your files to be used for our promotional purposes then you must email us at support@directgolftuition.com with the words Protect my files to abstain from this rule.

8. Injury

We do not accept any responsibility for any injuries which may be sustained following practice drills and programmes given by our professional teachers. All practise sessions must be done at the subscribers own risk and we do not accept any responsibility to any injury which may be sustained to any third party whilst your practise or play.

9. Sharing accounts

As outlined in section 6 sharing of accounts is prohibited, however transferring of credits is allowed by both parties emailing us at support@directgolftuition.com with both parties consenting to the swap of credits to the appropriate accounts, 1 user 1 account.

10. Cookies and Privacy

Cookies are only used to obtain statistical information for the performance of Directgolftuition and nothing more. Your Privacy is of upmost importance to us and your details will not be shared or submitted to any outside agency.

11. Promotions

We reserve the right to contact you with any promotional offers.

12 Payment Privacy

Directgolftuition does not collect any credit details form subscribers. Payment is through PayPal, we use this service for payment protection policies, and payment process is done by direction away from Directgolftuition to PayPal and return after check out. 13. Termination of accounts

Termination of accounts must be done in writing to support@directgolftuition.com any failure to adhere to our terms or any abuse of your membership can result in our right to terminate you subscription with the loss of any remaining credits with no refund.

14. Images and copyrights

All images used are in public domain or used with the permission and consent of the copyright holder. We will not infringe on anybody's copyright, however if you feel your copyright may have been compromised contact us immediately and we will review your claim and if agreed, remove the content in subject. All of our tour player swings where distributed to us by Leo Toyota. These swings are free for you to download but must not be used for personal finacial gain.

15 Website content

All written content and video instruction is the property of Directgolftuition and reproduction and or the sale of such content is prohibited and legal proceedings will follow.
