Do I need to convert my video files into one of your accepted formats?

No. If you have produced a video of your swing which is less than 10MB you will be able to upload it within the "my lessons" section of your account.

We do have a Freeware application avaialble for download from our resources section which will convert many video formats into our accepted formats.
